ABOUT THE STUDIO
Most of our yoga classes are heated so please be prepared to sweat! Make sure to hydrate prior to your arrival, bring a towel, mat and have a water with you in class. For your first class if you do not have your own mat we can provide one to you.
We offer a $69.00 2 Week Unlimited Class Pass for new students only. This is your chance to experience all the classes and choose what suits you best.
WHAT CLASS SHOULD I TAKE?
New to yoga or Barre? All of our classes are ALL LEVELS. We invite you to come in as you are and do what's possible for you at the moment. The hOMeBody instructors will give you direction on how to ease up or scale back so you can adapt to the movement of the class and/or heat. If you are coming off an injury or have any physical limitations let our team know and we will direct you to the best class for you.
If you are looking for a non heated slow paced yoga class join Slow Flow. This class is going to give you the foundation needed to be successful on the mat!
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A CLASS?
We require pre-registration for all students. Hit the “schedule” tab under the hOMeBody menu, pick your class and sign in! On your first visit we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to class giving yourself time to get acquainted with the studio and speak with the instructor before you start.
