Sound Bath & Meditation
Thursday 10/27 from 7pm - 9pm
Join us for a night of deep rest & relaxation. Be immersed in pure sound with Tibetan Singing Bowls, planetary tuned gongs, and other meditative instruments played by Lana Arus. This sound bath is designed to deeply relax your nervous system and release any tension or stress you are carrying with you.
Participants will be laying on the floor for most of the sound bath so please be sure to bring any items that would enhance your comfort. (ie: yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask etc.) There will be yoga mats, bolsters, and yoga blankets available at the studio to use as well but the number is limited.

Osi Living puts into practice the wisdom of 5,000 years of Ayurvedic life science to unlock the body’s potential for healing and maintaining optimal health. Osi Living offers a line of Ayurveda oils derived from the finest holistic herbs and essential oils to relieve the mind and body from stress and toxic build ups.
This class will be a mix of movement, breath and essential oils.
Somatic Release Breathwork™
Saturday 10/29 from 3pm to 5pm
Somatic Release Breathwork™ is a healing practice to release trauma, stress and tension that has been stored in the body. Through guided breath patterns, NLP ( Neuro Linguistic Programming ) and co-regulation of your nervous system this modality is self-healing on a deep subconscious level.
In this practice we access the sympathetic nervous system to allow what's been stuck in the body to be expressed and moved out and invite in new more useful patterns. The session is done laying down with eyes closed and is set to music. Somatic Release Breathwork™ often inspires insights on what's been keeping you stuck and creates a safe space to release the past and claim your authentic Self.
**Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, water bottle and journal for insights.
