Join us for a 90 minute experience with guest teacher, Jackie Marra, to tap into your body and get out of your head. In this grounding movement and meditative experience you can expect a slow yoga flow connecting with your breath, followed by an extended savasana with a guided sound bath.
Feel grounded, restored and at-ease through purposeful movement and sound healing.
Wednesday 11/9 from 7pm - 8pm
A slower paced class designed for any body type and a great option for those with injuries (old or new). Throughout class our focus will be on alignment and working deeper into the muscular tissue for a restorative and rejuvenating experience. Props such as bolsters, blocks and straps are used to help better support each student.
Enjoy this relaxing class while being immersed in pure sound with Tibetan Singing Bowls, planetary tuned gongs, and other meditative instruments played by Lana Arus for the ultimate sound and movement experience.

Osi puts into practice the wisdom of 5,000 years of Ayurvedic life science to unlock the body’s potential for healing and maintaining optimal health. Osi offers a line of Ayurveda oils derived from the finest holistic herbs and essential oils to relieve the mind and body from stress and toxic build ups.
This class will be a mix of movement, breath, sound and essential oils.
